Have you thought about using an android HDMI stick, looks like a usb stick, but has hdmi connector on the back, connects over wifi and turns your TV into a large Android PC. You can get them from www.scan.co.uk Opens a new window or other places. All you need to add then is a wireless Keyboard & Mouse
You also have to have a TV that supports MHL. Not even half of TVs currently deployed support it.
